Excellent location in Siwa Oasis and well maintained property

Siwa is a must in Egypt, specially at Taghagien, a beautiful secluded island resort. The views are simply breathtaking and the vibe is very relaxing. We had a great experience thanks to Abboud who took care of us since our arrival up until we left, he always wanted to make sure we had a good time. He managed transportations, excursions, meals, everything really, for us. He is a gem there.

“Beautiful, relaxing visit”

Stunning location, lovely atmosphere, the staff were helpful. The hotel bungalows are surrounded by the lake and the views are gorgeous in each direction. Rooms are a great size, nice and bright.

It's an ecolodge, so you should set your expectations early, rooms and bathrooms are Clean, beds are comfortable, and Warm water is available in the bathrooms Breakfast is Stunning It's 15 - 20 minutes by car to Siwa Oasis center.

The resort had no idea we reserved via booking and was over booked. We had to check out early because the owners dont check their booking.com bookings. We were compensated with a free breakfast but this is not professional. You MUST call them and confirm the reservation. The number provided is not working.
