Everything in this hotel is wonderful! It s my second time here and for sure I will stay here again next time I visit Siwa. Mr. Ali is a lovely host and all the staff is really helpful. It' s a totally awesome hotel!I have nothing negative to say. The rooms are spacious and clean and very well-decorated. The pool area is very relaxing. Whatever you want, mr.Ali and the staff is here for helping you in any way.

Before arriving at Qasr El Salam, I had stayed at two other hotels, but here I finally found everything I was looking for in my vacation. Abdo surprised me with a beautiful fruit bouquet, and Ali not only gave me the best room view but also organized my trips perfectly, which was truly satisfying. “A Memorable Stay in Siwa”

We had a wonderful stay here, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting Siwa. The owner, Ali, was incredibly kind and helpful—he truly went above and beyond for us. From allowing an early check-in to arranging a late checkout at around 7 PM the next day (including giving us a ride to the bus station), his hospitality made our stay seamless and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great air-conditioning—a much-needed relief in the Siwa heat. The property is about a 20-minute drive to the main market, where we picked up fresh fruits and snacks. Ali also helped us arrange trips to the salt lakes and a desert safari at a very reasonable price, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. As our departure time was much later, he even offered us another room to rest in until our bus arrived—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was satisfying, and overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. If you're heading to Siwa, this is definitely the place to stay. “Welcoming oasis within an oasis”

The host was really helpful and welcoming, and he made sure he helped us with our planning and went out of his way to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need, and the hotel is right in the middle of the town, close to everything. I will be back!

The owner is friendly and arranged the safari with reasonable price.They let me stay until late evening without any extra charges and even bus ticket arranged.

the rooms are comfortable, staff is good, rates very much reasonable. i will suggest to stay in this hotel if you are in Siwa. Breakfast was also good they served a big fruit basket in the night. breakfast includes falafal, chesse and tomato salad, arabic bread olives lentils soup no buffet. we enjoyed the stay rooms were also clean and it was very authentic structure and interior. definately recommended

Real oasis, paradise in Siwa. All perfect! Staff very attentive, breakfast with amazing views at the rooftop, comfortable and super clean room, great swimming pool. Love it!

The room is spacious, and all the service is fantastic. The owner helped us book the tuktuk for the day tour to various tourist attractions. Also he helped us to book the bus tickets back to Cairo. We are so pleased when he offered us opportunity to wash and rest before taking the bus. The overall experience is amazing.
