This place was in perfect location to the castle. Have the most amazing rooftop view. Restaurants and shops walking distance to the house. Staff was very helpful and make me feel welcome. He even organise a taxi for me to get to the bus stop on my last day so I can make it in time

Our stay at NaInshal accommodation in Siwa was absolutely unforgettable. The owner is the most genuinely cute and kind-hearted Egyptian we’ve met—he was incredibly helpful and supportive, always ready to assist with anything we asked, but never in an intrusive or pushy way. He simply made everything easier without ever trying to sell or force anything on us. We were even offered an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our stay super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and overall he is just a truly wonderful person. Now, about the accommodation itself—it is easily the best place you can stay in Siwa Siwa Oasis, and honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had during all our travels. It is located right in the historic center and is part of a major local landmark, which makes the experience even more special. The rooms have hot water, and the highlight is definitely the amazing rooftop terrace with an incredible panoramic view over the entire city. We highly recommend this place—you will not regret it. Truly the best experience from our travels in Egypt.

“Cute and comfy stay inmmerse in the old town”

Mohamed is a really good person. He is so honest and help us a lot. The hotel is super close to the main Siwa square with views to the Shali old town and viewpoint. It is a quiet area, which is key to relax and recharge energies after a long bus trip from Cairo or even a tour around Siwa. It’s was very cosy and you can feel immerse to the Barbar culture and live. The room was very cool and the breakfast was well balance and delicious with a mix of European and Siwa variety. He recommend us the main restaurants and it was fav. Definitely, if we come back again to Siwa we will choose to stay here again.

The Nalnshal Siwa hostel was amazing, Ibrahim was really helpful since the first time we arrive and he helped us with transportation and he recommended us a great Safari tour, I can said that the rooms looks the same as in the pictures and in general everything was clean and the breakfast that Ibrahim cooked was delicious,we definitely want to come back

“Disappointed by the manager”

The overall stay was decent. However, the black (Sudanese) man who managed the house was a disappointment. He suggested a ride to the Oracle Temple and Cleopatra's Spring, but he charged 500 EGP. It was an outrageous price. The trip to both places took less than an hour. I felt cheated and was extremely upset.

From the moment I stepped inside the hostel I felt welcomed and like home. Ibrahim who is one of the managers was very friendly and treated me and the other guests with utmost respect and warmth. The hostel has a very beautiful rooftop where you can watch the sunset/sunrise and/or just hang out. I did a tour around Siwa with the help of Ibrahim who organised a driver for me. His name is Moazzam, he is very professional at what he is doing and was always making sure I am fine. I also got to sleep a night in the desert thanks to them! It was a really beautiful and unforgettable experience. Location of the hostel could not be better, it is near to everything and so calm and peaceful inside. If you are a person who values authentic experiences and like to be surrounded by history, friendly people and peaceful environment, choose this place!

Our stay at NaInshal was truly wonderful! The place is spacious, super comfortable, and spotless. We even asked what they use to perfume the rooms because it smelled so good! Being right in the middle of the medieval town, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The building keeps its original charm and architecture, so you really feel connected to the history of the place, but still enjoy all the comfort. Every night going to bed felt like part of the adventure. It’s a big building with different corners to relax in, and some lovely balconies with amazing views. But what really made the experience special was the people. The staff were simply incredible, so kind and genuine. Ibrahim made us the most delicious breakfasts. Mohammed was always smiling, welcoming, proactive, and just went the extra mile to help us with everything. And Hilal helped us plan our days and even invited us to dinner at Olive Garden, where we had one of the best meals of our trip. We left feeling so grateful, for the place, but especially for the people. We really hope to come back one day!

Mohammed was extremely helpful. He helped us re-arrange our booking when our plan gone wrong. Every information we needed in town, he provided us with more than what we needed. The house is beautifully decorated and located right under Shali Fortress and very close to the main square where all the restaurants are.
