We arrived by overnight bus in the early morning and happened to meet Adda just as he was opening the door. He immediately invited us to check in, allowing us to get some good rest. The room was very spacious. Even though we needed to leave early the next morning to catch our bus, they had also prepared packaged food for us to take along.

The host was very accommodating and kind, arriving by bus at 9 am, he allowed us to check in early, and departing by bus at 7:30 pm, he let us keep the room until then. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to shop, travel, and dine. The owner was very friendly and approachable, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning and private kitchen were excellent. It exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended!

“Best place close to everything”
Very clean big room with kitchen, good working AC, close to bus station and restaurants, they let us checkout late to catch the night bus. Very nice people and excellent value for money.

The hostel is just 3 minutes walking from the bus station. The village is small, so from the hostel you can walk to the market, to the restaurants, to the fortress, to the mosque and it is easy to find a tuk tuk Taxi.

“Excellent experience”
Excellent location. Manager Walid is an active person and always helps us. Walid tried his best to make us comfortable. The accommodation is a proper value for your money. Reasonable price for comfort. Tuk Tuk Driver Mohammed ensured that, with a good price we cover all the places (including Salt Lake) in Siwa.

“Could be much better with improvement”
Friendly host, trying his best to make everyone comfortable, but he wasn't there all the time. Sometimes there was just a boy who didn't speak English. He seemed to be the one that needed to do all the cleaning. Large apartment. Central location in Siwa.

“Its is really a nightmare”
With flies flying around me, I tried to figure out how to drain off water from the laundry machine. It might be the worst laundry machine I ever seen when I was traveling in Egypt. I called the host to help me operate the machine, but no one showed up within one hour.And even if the host finally sent a staff here to my room, the problem wasn’t been solved. Also, the water got cut off in the first night of my staying.It is the only one hotel in which I met the problem of water cut. In general, do not expect any service or assistance from the host after checking in because the host dwells far away from the hotel and the host never shows up in person to solve the problem. Becides, be prepared for fighting with flies in the room if you choose to live here. Good luck!
