This is a ideal location for being close to Syvota's activities. It is within walking distance of the town, a variety of restaurants, and shops. The apartment is tidy with a balcony and kitchenette.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with kitchenette containing all necessary facilities. Excellent location, close to the marina and restaurants, but also good starting point for exploring surrounding beaches. Very good communication with super nice and kind hosts, Xanthi and her husband. Hope to be back.

Everything about the apartment is perfect and the owners are lovely people. We kept running into them everywhere 🤣 Very close to restaurants but still very quiet, enough space and even two balconies.

Very nice apartments in a quiet location just back from the seafront. Clean, modern, nicely decorated. Private terrace and able to park 2 large motorbikes in a (rough ground) parking area next door. Very warm welcome and we were able to check in earlier than planned. Good dinner recommendation.

The hosts are wonderful people! Apartment very clean. Every three days is a cleaning treatment and change of bed linen and towels. Every day we found a place to park our car! If we come again in Sivota, we will definitely choose this apartment again! A big greeting for mrs. Xanthi and her husband! ❤️

The location was very central and only 50 m to the sea. The hosts were very friendly and gave many helpful tips. Generally, it was quiet and very clean. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to everybody thinking of visiting Syvota.

Xanthi Apartments are located just 50 meters from Sivota port. We absolutely loved our stay there. The hosts are very kind and friendly, they helped is with recommendations and the check in process was easy. The amenities are fantastic, extremely clean and well decorated. The place is pet friendly. We would definitely book it again. Fantastic experience! Highly recommend it for families with pets. ❤️
