Overview
Located in the village of Syvota, Villas Gregory is a complex of fully equipped units with hydromassage facilities and fireplace. It provides free WiFi throughout and it is 400 metres away from the sandy Zavia Beach. The air-conditioned Gregory villas are very spacious and tastefully furnished. They have a fully fitted kitchen and a living room with a satellite flat-screen TV. Each villa also features 3 bathrooms, including a spa bath and a hydromassage shower cabin. All villas open out to spacious balconies with Italian furnishings overlooking the garden or the Ionian Sea. In the garden, guests will also find BBQ facilities and a shaded dining area. The centre of Syvota is 300 metres away and offers many taverns, cafes and shops. The sandy beach of Mega Ammos is at 800 metres. The town of Igoumenitsa and its port is 25 km away. Free on-site parking is provided.

“wonderful place”
The villa is huge and fully corresponds to what is reflected in the photos. It is located in a quiet place, close to the center. It has its own parking. There was a huge living room, kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms, three bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need. A wonderful hostess who responded to our every wish. Huge yard with barbecue. We felt like our own home. Thank you Maria. We will come back again.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and extremely well equipped. A ten minute walk to the marina. The daily cleaning service was unexpected and a bonus. Breakfast basics all included. Our host Maria was lovely. Thank you Maria!

We had a great time there! Mrs. Maria was so kind, it was a pleasure to talk with her. She spent a lot of effort to keep everything clean and tidied. The house and garden are very beautiful.
