“Nice View over Syvota with terrible internet and stingy owner”
The appartment is nice and situated on a top of a hill. It has a balcony of around 50m2 which makes it very comfortable. It is not on a busy road. Hence it is quiet and nice for relaxation. Then again it is certainly not 400m away from the sea. Instead, you need at least 2km to reach a proper sea side.

Spotlessly clean place, great distant views of the sea and surrounding hills and excellent tranquil environment for relaxation. One of the very best places I've stayed in Greece. The view was amazing, the accommodation was very clean, the host was welcoming, the terrace super spacious, and had the needed utilities, 2ACs for both rooms.

Supposed to be 2-bedroom, instead there was 1 bedroom and 2 beds in living room with kitchen. Air condition only in the living room. Electrical contacts on bedroom windows, so if you open window in closed bedroom without AC, AC in living room goes off.

Very comfortable apartments with all the utilities and with a decent BBQ place in the patio with a nice view. Apartments are spacious and clean, bath is modern and works well. Great owner, friendly and hospitable, promptly clears up any questions. There are several beautiful beaches you can reach from the place in around 20 min by walking.
