Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in your charming, characterful building with magnificent sea views and the surrounding area of Sivota. All the family were most welcoming, including provision of coffee, tea and delicious homemade pastries for breakfast. It was lovely chatting to you Polyxeni, hearing about your farming background and passion for your lambs. Many thanks for a memorable stay in a beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation!

Stunning views from our room and the breakfast balcony. Nikos and his parents are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. They offered a lovely homemade breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Close to beautiful beaches and the harbour. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing location very close the the town and few minus walk from the beach. vert friendly owner and very helpful. They offered and amazing breakfast with homemade Greek traditional cookies, cakes pipes and much more.

This accomodation showed that it is not online about the room and location, but it is about the great people who run this villa. We will choose again this villa when being in Syvota.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Polyxeni in Syvota. The facilities were outstanding, the location was great, parking was easy, and the service was truly exceptional. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I would also like to share a personal experience: on our first night I was unwell with a fever, and Mrs. Polyxeni kindly provided us with extra blankets, offered us warm drinks and anything else we might need, and even gave us complimentary breakfast the following morning. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we are very grateful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Syvota.

Everything was very nice. The sea view was fantastic! Everything was very clean. The owner, Nikos, was very present and helpful! He gave us all the important information about the place and all the places we could go or things we could do. The breakfast was very nice, with homemade pita. The breakfast was served at the same property but with a different sea view. We enjoyed our morning coffee with the best view we could imagine.

Villa Polyxeni was a pleasant surprise. One of the best accommodations in all these years of travels. Mostly because of the warm welcome of the owners and the scenic position of the house. Excellent home made breakfast.

Villa Polyxeni was a combination of good location, amazing views, friendly and kind people and good accommodation. The room was clean and fully equipped and the distance to the centre of Syvota or to some of the many beaches in Syvota was maximum 10-15 minutes on foot. I recommend it and I will visit again in the future.
