Surrounded by blossomed gardens in a quiet central spot in Sivota Village, Syvota Gardens features an outdoor swimming pool. All units of Syvota Gardens are equipped with air conditioning. Each opens to a small terrarce of balcony. Some include a separate living room. Several restaurants, mini markets and café bars can be found within short walking distance. Zavia Beach is 500 metres away and Syvota Port is at a distance of 600 metres.

“Great location. Lovely staff named mikela that was on hand it you needed anything”
Our host mikela was so helpful and friendly. Easy stroll to the harbour with lots of restaurants and shops. Netflix on the tv which was great after a long day in the sun. Pool was spotless

“Syvota - Ionian Paradise”
Great place for vacation, Syvota in general. This accommodation offers just enough, it was clean and mostly peacefull. It doesn't matter that breakfast wasn't offered, there's a good family owned bakery down the main road which offers fresh commodities and beverages that suffices every need of a basic tourist. Also, visiting Thalassa restaurant is a must, don't miss it! All in all, we had a great time in this place and Syvota.

The housekeeping service was very good and the room was cleaned every day. The pool was nice also and the location was near the center

“Superb rooms in a gorgeous town with awesome beaches not far away.”
Room was super modern and excellent decor. Garden was a paradise. Pool was top notch. Location to town is a bit of a walk but great for quiet time.

It's a very clean but not so comfortable room. The location is good with the supermarket and excellent backery close. For the beaches you need a car.

Great location if you have a car, otherwise it's a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre or to the nearest beach. Nice room, clean and comfortable.

“First stop to our summer vacation🌞”
It’s a modern and stylish accommodation, within walking distance to some of the beaches and Syvota center. The self check in process is quite easy. The pool area is very nice as well. We stayed only two days, but we will definitely return!

This is the best villa to Syvota , perfect stay for couples ,cleen roms with perfect smell ,very simple check in ,the city center is accessible by foot , you can use the pool for free is very relaxing to stay after the beach , i will come back here to stay more longer for sure

“Clean, modern, comfortable and friendly place to stay”
The host was so friendly both inside and outside the property. They were always available to help and communication before my stay was great. The cleanliness of the apartment was brilliant, and the pool area was really clean and cleaned daily. The apartments are nice and quiet and despite other guests staying at Syvota Gardens, there was one day where I had the pool almost completely to myself! The room came equipped with a kettle, mugs and glasses, and some complimentary tea, coffee, water, and toiletries, which was a great touch.

The location was very easily accessible to Zavia beach and marina by foot. Lovely bakeries and restaurants with walking distance. Fabulous pool. We enjoyed our stay.

“Beautifull and cozy place, helping you enjoy blue water.”
Nice location, near to the centre, near to Super Market and Bakery. Walking Distance to beaches, that are in the area. Host and the lady assisting in the property were marvellous. Fast and correct communication. Arranged one more night, since we had problem with the car and needed to stay.
