Very modern and new and fresh, all the rooms have pool view and most of them sea view. You look straight at the tiny harbor (where you can rent a boat (trip)) which is great) and pittoresque hill. The first beach is a ten minute walk, zeri beach we found too far to walk in the heat. Nearly in the town center with all the shops and restaurants, but just far enough to enjoy quietness. The pool is great. Breakfast was great with choices of eggs, Lots of fresh cutt fruits like melons and even nectarines. Coffee and tea in the room (even cookies).

I had a wonderful stay at Sofibel. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed with a lovely aesthetic that made them feel very comfortable. The host was extremely polite and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast was enjoyable — while the variety wasn’t huge, everything offered was fresh and tasty, and the highlight for me was definitely the delicious homemade jam. The facilities were well maintained, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience that I would happily recommend!

Lovely set of suites in centre of Sivota, only a 2 min stroll to the front. Rooms are excellent, we were a family of 4 adults and had a room with a sea view and a room with a pool view and both were fantastic. Pool is amazing and lovely to cool off in after the heat of the day. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice including some Greek pastries and pies. Friendly and helpful hosts, we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was included; delicious and varied. It is a very short stroll to Syvota centre but very quiet location. The pool is intimate and the layout very well designed. A beautiful small hotel, with very friendly, helpful owners.

“Perfection in Sivota”
We loved our stay at Sofibel Sivota Suites, it was so perfect in every way. Such kind, caring owners & staff, combined with a great location and a beautiful room made for a fabulous stay. This property is near new and kept immaculately clean. We loved our room with its upstairs balcony and views (a superior suite). Beautiful breakfasts served each morning, complete with home made products. The pool area is stunning, great for a swim or just relaxing around. The property is located very close to town, yet far enough away to be quiet. Highly recommend staying here!
