From the first moment of our stay, we felt as if we were at home. The landlady is kind and always with a smile. It is one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever been to, which is of extreme importance to us. During our stay, we also received kadaif, which she personally made. That was a really nice surprise. The apartment is cleaned every day and the appearance of the apartment is even better than described. Perfect WiFi signal as there are signal extenders in front of every apartment and you just choose the signal that is the strongest for your apartment. Multiple different beaches are within walking distance, events are at the same square, ca. 100m away from the accommodation, restaurants, markets, and the port for boats. There is a car charger in the street, in case you're coming with an electric/hybrid vehicle. The accommodation itself offers enough parking space. Every rating under a 10 is not enough for this accommodation, which is the reason we gladly give it a 10. The apartments with sea view have a stunning view and wonderful sunsets. The ones on the other side are nice too. The next time we come back to Syvota, we will be happy to book the same place again.

We were warmly welcomed by Athanasiou who was really helpful when we had a flat tyre. She went over and above ringing up for assistance. Brilliant. Our spotlessly clean room overlooked the syvota bay.

Simple, but clean room in quiet area right next to the central street. Perfect location with lot of parking spaces on the street and private spaces in front of the house. Very polite host. Good size bed and nice terrasse. Second sink in the room, mosquito net, hairdryer. Our room didn't have sea view, but the rooms with sea view would be perfect. Definitely will come back! P.S. Try Ostria restaurant!

Amazing view from the balcony, location is in the city center, everything you need is nearby. The room is comfortable and clean, free parking near the house, even the area is very crowded. Thank you very much, everything was wonderful, we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Very nice place. Definitely worth the money value 😊 chill and friendly owners and located in the heart of the main touristic area. Pretty much all the things you need in a room were available and everything was as promised when I booked the place. They also had internet available, a luxury that seems not to exist all over Greece.

The location was great as it was in the center of everything you needed. Beautiful in the day and night to take a walk and enjoy the view. The host and the host’s family were very polite and friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone interested.
