“Magnificent”
Excellent accommodation!Excellent host, as we found the real greek hospitality-the host asked us daily if we need anything, we were provided with fresh fruits and we were guided for discovering the local attractions, best beaches and taverns.Our best experience was for a trip to Paxos, by rented boat also recommended by our host and what we appreciated was that George arranged all the little details.The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable and the sea view was amazing for late mornings!Inside, you have absolutely everything needed for comfort and use.George and his family were truly the greek locals who are struggling to make you feel the best greek experience!

“The best!!!”
Super clean and comfortable and modern, very calm and silent area. You don’t hear neighbours or cars, which is super great. Very engaged host, who cares about all you need. Definitely the best place I have stayed in Greece.

“Excellent property and owner!!!”
The best property I have stayed, even better and cleaner than a hotel. We stayed for 7 nights. Every two days they changed the bedsheet and towels and in the middle of our stay they came for cleaning. The owner is very friendly and gave us all the information about the attractions of the area.

The hosts are very polite and always ready to help with any needs. The apartment is super clean and well maintained, the outside is surrounded by perfectly maintained flowers and a garden, adding to the cheerful mood that characterizes a place like Sivota. Within a radius of 3 kilometers there are numerous beaches suitable for every style and age. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The appliances with which it is furnished are modern and practical. The beds are very comfortable. They are located in a quiet and peaceful place, far enough from the main road to not hear the noise of passing vehicles, suitable for complete relaxation. The view of the sunset in the evening is unique.

The house was new and really comfortable with everything needed inside. It was clean and the owner offers free cleaning for accommodations longer than 5 days. He was really helpful suggesting best beaches, places to visit and where to eat. We traveled by car and the house was located within desirable distance from almost all beaches around Syvota. I would highly recommend it.

It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Great location,easy to get in and out of the city. The owner George was really friendly,helpuf,and always available. The neighborhood was quiet and you can especially,enjoyed the view of the sunset.
