I was looking for the house for our family with two bedrooms and I love this apartment! It is comfortable, clean and looks really nice! And George was always in touch and happy to help with any questions. Thanks a lot! There are a few nice beaches in walking distance and even more if you have a car. Just be ready walk up the hill on your way back from the beach to apartment. But small activity during holidays is not a bad thing 😁 Sivota is beautiful! Not so crowded, tasty food and nice people!

“Incredible Stay – We Didn't Want to Leave!”
The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect – close to beaches, restaurants and yet quiet and safe. The host was truly excellent: friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Communication was quick and clear throughout. A fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely recommend it!

The apartment is very comfortable. A lot of space to share, clean rooms, nice view from the balcony. You can find any equipment that you might need for a vacation stay. The guest was very helpful and polite. We did enjoy the property a lot during our stay there.

Quiet,very clean, extremely well equipped, the best view for the most beautiful sunset ever!!! Very friendly and gentle staff,caring ,funny and very helpful,George is the best host!!!! He recommended a lot of beautiful places which were worth visiting!!!We trusted him completely and we did not fail!!!! After a week we were sad because we had to leave.Few minutes away from the bakery, supermarket and Zavia beach. I could not choose a better place to stay!❤️

“Great place for summer holiday”
Wonderful apartment, cool and spacey, with very good and silent A/C in both rooms, comfortable bed, large balcony with beautiful sunset views, large bathroom, dedicated parking place. Also very clean and quiet place. It looks better in reality than in the pictures. Easy access, close to city center and beaches. Excellent host, George, provided us with everything we needed, and lots of extra useful information about Syvota and the area, he is a great and reliable guy. I highly recommend the place for both couples and families

Everything was amazing. The location is exceptional. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. The rooms were fully equipped with whatever you might possibly need. But most of all George and his family were very friendly, helpful and willing to provide guidance and help to make our staying there as good as possible. We will definitely visit this wonderful place again. We Highly recommend this place.

Everything was great,apartment is very big comparing to other apartments in Greece,everything is new and with great quality.Also i like that apartment is naturally "cold",you don't need AC,mayby blancket :) in summer.

“Excellent stay, we want to come back soon.”
We felt excellent! Location is a few minutes' walk from the center, the port, 3 minutes by car, a few minutes to the beaches by car. The complex the is up on the hill, where you have a panorama of Sivota, of port, a beautiful sunset. The buliding are new, mediterranean design. the same design mixed with contemporary you'll find in the apartment. The parking space is near the building. The space is generous, as well as the terrace. The terrace is on west side, so in the morning we had breakfast and coffee in the shade. A clean apartment, equipped kitchen, everything is the same as the description and pictures on the booking. Our host, George it was great, he waited for us with the house wine, with advices and with a lot of kindness.Thank you!

“Extremely nice and luxurious apartment”
Extremely nice and luxurious apartment. Perfect cleanliness. Very polite and helpful hosts. Beautiful view! Two beaches 5-10 minutes walk, the center of Sivota is 5 minutes by car. WiFi was perfect with separate router. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely visit again next year. Thanks to George and his family!
