Breakfast was excellent and available until 10.30 am Location perfect - walking distance into town. You do not need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. With stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, plenty of yachting activity to watch, there wasn’t much impetus to go anywhere else. Attention to detail - great lighting and plumbing. Shower was excellent. Towels changed daily.

I had an amazing stay at Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel in Sivota. The hotel exceeded all my expectations – it had a beautiful pool, a delicious and abundant breakfast, a private beach, and the room I stayed in offered one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen. Everything was spotless, stylish, and very well taken care of. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

The description and photos do not come close to how spectacular this property, the owner and all the staff were. Private parking and its own little Beach in the cove complete with bar facilities. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient or special stay. Food was delicious in the morning and the owner could Noor have been more accommodating offering us to stay after check out and use the pool and shower facilities. 10/10 on all fronts including the high end products in the bathroom.

The location is fabulous for those wanting an amazing view and peace. I loved the contemporary design and the lovingly tended plantings that surround the hotel. The room was well equipped - apart from no magnifying mirror in the bathroom area which I would expect in a "Luxury" hotel. Our terrace and its view was unforgettable for all the right reasons. It was lovely that we were visited at breakfast by a "manager" who had time to stop by every table.

We have just come home after staying for two weeks in Deamaris Hotel. The hotel was perfect - great views, great location, ten minutes walk from the harbour and very quiet. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with fresh towels and lovely linen. The bed was comfortable and Molton Brown toiletries and Nespresso pods also helped. Breakfast set us up perfectly each day with a wide range of choice and really added to our experience, whilst enjoying perfect views of the bay. Christina and her team of lovely staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The small private beach and terrace sun lounge area under the olive trees provided the perfect idyllic space to relax. ( Daily fresh beach towels were provided ) - a perfect setting to watch the yachts and boats passing by in front of you. Fabulous swimming pool. A fabulous holiday ! Thanks to all the staff ! We will return one day!
