Great place not far outside of Sivota in a quiet area and above a beach with good snorkeling and clear water. Kitchen was equipped well and very clean.

“Greek fairy tale”
A place like from a Greek fairy tale. Comfortable, spacious apartment, fully equipped, spotlessly clean, elegant, wonderful sea view from the large terrace, convenient parking. The nicest and most smiling hostess in all of Epirus! A few steps to a nice beach with wonderful blue water. We will definitely come back there!

“Large beautiful and very comfortable apartment”
Very large two bedroomed apartment on the cliffs above the sea. Fantastic views and a 3 minute walk down to the beaches below. Well equipped kitchen although you need your bring all items if you wish to cook such as oil, salt pepper etc very clean and Elizabeth made us feel very welcome.

Large, quiet, bright, super clean apartment. We enjoyed the beautiful view whilst eating breakfast. The cats and dogs sleeping beside us on the terrasse, just like home. The lady who looks after the apartments was very friendly, chatty and answered to our every needs. Not far from Perdika for restaurants and Praga is worth a visit. Walk down to the beach not far. Building works going on at the moment (building rubble lying around on walk down) but looks like they'l be finished for the summer season. If you then walk towards the next beach down the coast there's a nice beach bar for an aperatif.

“One of the best Apartments which we ever stayed.”
Apartment was very large, 100 m2 with 2 bedrooms and living room with kitchenette, full size reprigerator. You can park your cards only a few meters of your door, so it is always easy to pick off something when needed. , Apartments is very near to magnificent Agia Paraskevi Beach which you will find umbrella, chairs, drinks, food, rental pedal boats, kanos etc. You can walk down from the stairs near the apartmens or you can drive there with your car. Our hostess was very helpful and she helped us with a smiling face everytime we need something. Absolutely Sivota Apartments will be our first pre2ference when we visit the region in the future.

“Simply Fantastic”
This place is fantastic, its super clean and comfortable. The views are amazing and very close to the beach. Elisabeth was the lady who waited for us and she was ever so nice. I was impressed with the little things like the colorful straws and the hairdryer with a diffusor for curly hair. I know it may sound funny but for a family with little kids the straws were a life saver :). We were glad that they had a washing machine and the bathroom was a very nice size too. the mosquito nets on every window and door were so useful. We will come back to this place as the price was also very reasonable.too and the views to die for. The property is very close to Perdika a lovely little village with plenty of bars and restaurants. We also discovered a perfect beach for kids, Arilla Beach, about 5 min drive from this property. Thank you Elisabeth from the 4 of us.
