The apartment is a couple of minutes walk to the port. It is clean and well maintained. The host was nice and accommodating. There is a convenient parking lot (private) which is a bonus in the neighborhood.

Top A, family run accommodation . The rooms are spacious and the location is in close distance to both the beach, port & the city center. Our room was very clean! Staff is one of a kind: very flexible and and helpful. Mr. Grivas is a very thoughtful host: Upon our arrival we had water bottles cooled down in the refrigerator and socket traps for mosquitos ready in our room. In short: we had a wonderful stay at Grivas Apartments.

It was very clean, the owner was very friendly and gave us very useful informations about the beaches and Syvota. Maid was also very kind and cleaned the room every day. Location was perfect and has big parking place.

We have nothing but compliments for Grivas Apartments! First big thanks to the owners for being so welcoming and available for all our requests. The location is great, next to Sivota port, no more than one minute walk. The room is very spacious, it has big and comfortable beds, with private kitchen and bathroom (both in a great condition). The apartment also has a lovely balcony with mountain view. Definitely recommend!

Cozy apartment very close to the center of the town. Had full amenities and it could accomodate three people easily. Place was clean and host very welcoming. Great value for money!

Clean and well managed. Every 2 days - change of towels, everyday - change of bins. Close to the port and city center (2 minutes walk), great location as starting point to several beautiful beaches by foot (Bella Vraka, Karvuono, Zeri, Galicos Mollos) and by car. Parking is safe. Wi fi free. Everything in good, working shape.
