We spent a wonderful week at Esperides Studios (September 1-8) together with our daughter, and the stay was exactly what we had hoped for — comfortable, clean, well located, and just as described. The hosts were truly amazing: always kind, welcoming, and very playful with our little girl, which made the holiday even more special for our family. The location is excellent, close to the beaches and other amenities, and the studio facilities matched the photos perfectly — everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. We warmly recommend this property to anyone traveling with children or simply looking for a peaceful vacation in a friendly and caring environment. The place was very clean and had a stunning view. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to the center and just steps away from where you can rent boats for day trips. The host was very nice and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient. The accommodation is clean. There is a place to park your car. Olga is very nice and gave us some beach recommendations.

Although the apartment is downtown, there was a lot of noise late in the night and in the morning. Apart from that, everything was great and the host was super friendly and kind.

We had booked for 4 nights and only stayed one. The next morning we left because it was absolutely not what we expected from the ad. The review refers to the erithia room, it is sold as a one bedroom house but in reality it is just a room with a kitchen sink outside with some utensils as well as being shared with other people. Being an attic it is extremely hot and the air conditioning does not work very well, the water from the air conditioning drains directly into the shower. In the bathroom we found several ants. The balcony is very small and narrow with the air conditioning motor that sends air practically in your face because it is positioned low down. The ad says that the walls are noise-proof but that's not the case, on Saturday we heard the music coming from the main area until late at night and only managed to fall asleep after 1 am. With this review we want to warn users because we have thrown away more than €300 since the owner did not want to refund us but only offer us a voucher for next year that obviously we will not use. The room is called Erithia and we strongly advise against considering it for your holidays. We were lucky and immediately found a different solution even if we are disappointed to have thrown away money but at least we did not ruin our holidays. Maybe the other rooms on the lower floors are better, but those in the attic are terrible, to get there they added a staircase because it was certainly not a habitable area of ​​the house previously. We have seen that in general in sivota many accommodations are like this so be careful

Very convenient location in the hearth of Sivota. Just a few steps away from many restaurants and few minutes walk from one of the many beaches in Sivota. It had its private parking. There were some freebies left for breakfast as well as coffee capsules and a bottle of wine on arrival.

The welcoming host, wine and snacks, and private parking, and flexible check-in and our was a lovely part of the full service. The place was clean and cosy the room has a lovely view. The place is right in the middle between an good restaurant and the port. Relaxing and comfortable.

The apartment is beautifully position a few metres from the harbour Quay. The host called us at our expected arrival time and met us, in order to help direct us to the apartment. The facilities are excellent, and everything was there for a lengthy stay. We only stayed for one night due to us catching a ferry to Paxos. Next time we will stay longer, as the apartment and Sivota are really lovely.
