Big house with private pool and parking. The house is cleaned every day, it's located on a small hill and you can watch the sunset from the spacious terrace. Nice garden in front. Host were easy reachable and helpful

A Perfect Summer Holiday at Casa Syvota! We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Syvota from July 26th to August 1st, 2025. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to our lovely host Konstantina, who welcomed us so warmly and provided helpful directions and recommendations throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home and made our trip even more enjoyable.The house was spotlessly clean every single day, thanks to Lume, who did an amazing job maintaining everything to the highest standard. Coming back to such a fresh and tidy space every day was a real luxury. The location of Casa Syvota is perfect — just 5 minutes with the car away from several beautiful beaches. Whether we wanted a quiet cove or a more lively beach with amenities, everything was within easy reach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-located home base with kind and attentive hosts, Casa Syvota is the ideal choice. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

“Beautiful villa, clean, fantastic view and great facilities”

The villa is really well laid out and is immaculate. It is serviced daily. The pool is great and the setting is lovely with planting around to create shade but also allow for sunbathing. It is possible to walk to the port in around 15 minutes past supermarket, bakery etc and Zavia beach is a 10 minute walk. We managed without a car for a week although we are happy walkers. The terrace is huge and has a lovely view. The owner Stavros is incredibly kind and welcoming and even drove us to the supermarket and takeaway when we arrived late at night. Highly recommended.

“The best part in our vacation”

We loved everything about Casa sivota. The excellent location, the huge balcony, the pampering pool, the well-kept garden and especially the quick and courteous service and response.

We have spent 10 great days in Casa Sivota in July. Although house needs some small mainainance to be done, i was very happy with our stay. It has quite big living room, fully equiped kitchen and spacesious bathrooms. It is in a very calm area, a Little bit outside of the Town, with few beautiful beaches neareby we could choose from. Nearest beach is within 600 meters distance, however due to Road it was better to go there by car, espescialy that we were with kids. And last but not least - house is cleaned by super nice person who was doing her best, to make us feel like in home!

“Very nice villa, lovey private pool”

The private pool was our favourite thing about the property, it was great. The view from the balcony in the evening was amazing. The location was good, close enough to town and to some nice beaches. The villa was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in Sivota.
