“Comfortable stays”
the room was very comfortable although we can hear people walking on the corridor or using a toilet next door. Staff were really helpful and friendly, however the language barrier caused a little confusion in communication.

We showed very late (3 AM) because of a delay of our train from Erzurum. But, we still were welcomed very nicely. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was super clean. We even had a bathtub ! Location is pretty good.in a small street with little noise but very close from the main attractions.

“A great value stalwart in Sivas.”
Good VFM. Good restaurant with surprisingly good live band. Serves alcohol (rare in Sivas). Good location.

“Fantastic hospitality!”
A beautiful well situated hotel centrally located. On our arrival we were offered Turkish coffee by the lovely lady at reception. So welcoming! She was also so helpful in arranging for a taxi the next morning. Her English was excellent! Our Turkish very poor unfortunately! The rest of the staff were very kind as well. We stayed in the suite with a bath which was so lovely to relax in after our long train ride from Samsun. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both times the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you Sultan Hotel!
