The hotel offers a very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the view from the balcony, which overlooks the mountains and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and the hospitality of the team made our visit even more enjoyable.

Really well run a friendly guest house with good rooms. Very comfortable beds and immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast and very good well priced local pizzeria/ resturant at the cable car station 5mins walk away. Staff were very helpful and provided additional items for our room on request. A nice view with a balcony.

We didnt have breafast only because we wanted to start skiing as soon as possibile. Since the Cabinovia starts running at 8am we were on it at 8am and on the slopes by 8:30am. The breakfast at the Garni starts at 8 to 10am which is a bit too late for us. But if we came in the summer, to go hiking, we would have stayed for the breakfast.

The owner of the hotel was very friendly, warm and super responsive to our questions. Good restaurants nearby and super near the cable car station. As we checked in at almost dinner time, she volunteered to call the restaurant for us just in case the restaurant is fully booked.

We received such a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. After a stressful day and a last-minute booking, the staff (especially the lady at check-in) were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable—showing a little age, but perfect for our one-night stay. The location is excellent, directly across from the cable car to Alpe di Siusi. What we thought would be a short ride turned into a stunning journey, and we were lucky enough to enjoy a local festival with live music and markets. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh bread, mini croissants, cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, muesli, yogurt, and fruit juice.

We only stayed one night at Garni Hauenstein, but what a warm and heartfelt welcome! The owner is incredibly kind and open, she greeted us as if we had known each other for years. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a truly breathtaking view. Since we were on our honeymoon, we even received some bubbly and a snack in the room – such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our stay extra special. It felt genuinely hospitable, and we were really impressed by the friendliness and atmosphere. Honestly, we would have loved to stay another night! An absolute gem and highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful area. 💛
