Overview
Eden Apartments is a traditional family-run property set in central Siusi, a popular village for walking and skiing. It features self catering apartments with a balcony and a free sauna and infrared cabin. Apartments have a modern Alpine-style design and include a dining area with kitchenette and LCD satellite TV. They all comprise a sofa and a private bathroom with bathtub or shower. Free parking is provided on site. Books and maps can be found in the small library in the common lounge, while the terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Bolzano, which is 23 km away, is reachable via a bus stopping 200 metres from the property and leading also to Bressanone. The nearest ski lift is 600 metres away and will take you to the Alpe di Siusi slopes.

“Winter holidays”
Winter holidays in Alpe di Siusi. The appartment is excellent, very comfortable for family of 4 with additional sofa in the living room still available. All amenities in great condition. Enough space to take a rest after long days in the snow. Located in the town centre with easy access to skibus, bar and restaurants, and a supermarket. Clean and quiet. Dogs allowed.

“Great starting point for a winter holiday!”
Great aparthotel for skiing holiday. We stayed as a family of 5 and our apartment had enough room for us. Especially the 2 separate bathrooms were really great but also the small kitchenette with all necessities was good. Parking spot available very close by. All in all great starting point for a winter holiday!

Everything was perfect. Good location(near to the cable way to the Alpe di Siusi, Supermarket, pub, etc), very clean and cozy. Our family really enjoys staying at the apartment. Reception gave us always swift replies.

It was nice to have a little kitchen with all the necessary dishes and utensils. The front room was spacious with a dining table and chairs as well as a couch. The view from the balcony was awesome.

Excelent apartment, really good base for all the trips around. AMAZING view from balcony where you can sit and relax (we were in third floor). Parking ok when you get instruction from owner.

Apartment was very good accommodation inside a pretty village. It is well located with Alpe di Siusi close by. There are a few bars in the village and there is possibility to buy provisions from the supermarket a few mins walk away. It is 5 mins drive to Castelrotto and was very convenient for us for walks etc.
