Overview
Set on a hill overlooking Sistiana Marina, Locanda Gaudemus Boutique Hotel is a design property located 20 km from Trieste. It offers a small wellness area, a gourmet restaurant and spacious modern rooms with air conditioning. The Gaudemus’s rooms are decorated with contemporary furniture, bright colours and luxury fabrics. Each has a flat-screen TV with free Sky channels, a private bathroom and views of the Adriatic Sea or the garden. The Gaudemus Locanda features an Austrian breakfast. “Great spot for a 1-2 night stay”
The room and bathroom were of an excellent size, nice and spacious for 2 people and the shower was a welcome surprise - great water pressure to be able to actually wash hair properly. Breakfast was also very nice, good variety. And, conveniently, there is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel allowing easy access to the centre of Trieste.

The hotel has very clean and spacious rooms, and a great dining place, which serves great breakfast. The staff is very friendly, they take their time to show you the entire hotel when you arrive. Would definitely visit again.

- excellent hotel and restaurant - nice, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed - very nice and helpful staff - variety of wine and meals in the restaurant - very good pasta, fish and meat. Even in the afternoon, they prepared a plate of cheese and prosciutto, and drinks, for us. - very good breakfast - continental style - perfect location for trips to Potopiccolo, Castello Miramare, Terst, Grado - free parking, lift. - everything was perfect, we had wonderful stay there, sure we will come back next time.

The location is close to the beach and good restaurants. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knows what hospitality is all about! Next time we need to go for dinner at their restaurant.

“Nice view and jacuzzi”
Nice staff. There is a jacuzzi on the roof. Since there were no people, we could relax there just the two of us, and it was wonderful. Also, the staff took into account that it was my birthday and congratulated me, it was nice

Super caring and friendly staff and owner. Because of flight delays we had to check-in very very late (I would say early morning) and the owner was very accommodating, waiting on us and helped us with check-in.

A superb place for those who wants just to relax. Close (as possible) beach, own garten, terrace with jacuzzi if you prefer, and absolutely outstanding restaurant in the evening...
