The highlight here is the restaurant, which was very busy on our midweek visit. Delicious food and the breakfast was exceptional. There's a nice terrace for drinks and breakfast. Easy lockbox arrangement for self check-in. Wifi and aircon good.

It was a very calm, comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and the conviviality of the restaurant below the rooms at lunch and in the evenings. It was. Ely conveniently located in Sistiana with shops, cafes etc close by. There was ample car parking area and that made for safe pick up and drop off areas by friends etc . The room I had was modern, v clean with a comfortable bed , good storage , temperature control ,and sockets for charging . The room and the en-suite facilities were cleaned and items re-stocked every day . Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant and was served with a variety of options to suit you as much as possible . The restaurant serves also an excellent lunch and dinner menu with a wide variety of wines .

Staff were lovely and the house is beautiful! They facilitated our late checkin which was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful accommodation. We were very satisfied. We had dogs and there was no problem. The staff was nice. Breakfast sufficient. Overall we liked the accommodation.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the view of the garden was lovely. It was peaceful and unhurried.

“Not for us”

We stayed in a different accomodation for each night of a walking holiday through Slovenia and Italy and this was our least favourite and one of the most costly. There was not a lot to rave about but we had our own bathroom, the room was clean.

Loved the whole atmosphere of the place. Staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Parking is simple and straight-forward.

Check in was very fast, the staff has been wonderful, breakfast was great, coffee was very nice. Location was very close to beaches and to nice restaurants. Comfy beds.

The location of the hotel is quite busy - near the roundabout. The breakfast was really small and did not include some vegetables or some fruits.
