“A clean, comfy hotel in a quiet location.”

We really enjoyed our stay at Koutrakis. The location was great in a quiet street away from the noisy centre but only 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and shops etc. Free, plentiful parking on the street outside the hotel. The suite was of a good size with lounge, bedroom and en suite bathroom and balcony, all very clean and quiet. A very good breakfast was available for 10 euros which included both continental and cooked options, and the small pool was perfect for a cooling swim. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The location cannot be beaten! This was our second visit to Koutrakis and we were welcomed like old friends. Stella and Mina are the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are very spacious with a separate lounge area, the bed was very comfy, ac was good, fridge in the room was great. They are exceptionally clean, not just the rooms but the pool and bar area too. Our room was cleaned every day except Sunday and even then they emptied the bins. The pool area is fabulous with plenty of sunbeds & the food and drinks at the bar area delicious and well priced. The breakfast is very, very good with more than enough choice of hot and cold food. Just a few minutes’ walk away (on the flat) from the harbour, bars and shops. We will definitely be returning.

The rooms were very spacious. We had booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite with a sea view. The location was perfect, metres away from the sea. The pool was clean and always enough sunbeds. The food from the pool bar was fantastic and there was everything you needed and more for breakfast. The maids did an excellent job cleaning every day except Sunday, leaving animal shaped towel arrangements. But best of all were the owners, they were so warm and welcoming. We were staying here to visit our daughter who works at the next door hotel, she had recommended we stay here and her sister earlier in the year as they are always so friendly and kind to her. It was her birthday during our stay and Stella and Meena made her a birthday cake with candles! You don’t get that kind of hospitality anywhere else. I would definitely visit here again and recommend in a heartbeat.

Location is amazing. Family run business and so warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, room service excellent and air conditioning fabulous. Really made our sleep wonderful in 40 degrees heat. The food and drink offering at the hotel was excellent. A great choice of both local and branded drinks. The Koutrakis family are incredibly experienced and welcoming and warm, and at the same time very professional making you feel in good hands the whole stay.

“Beautiful hotel, beautiful Sisi”

I stayed at Koutrakis for 3 nights whilst visiting my sister who is currently working at another hotel down the road. Koutrakis is wonderful and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Sisi. The pool area was stunning and overlooks the sea. The breakfast was very good and has everything you would want. Most of all, the staff are really friendly. It is only a 10 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and I was blown away with Sisi town itself. I would definitely return. An excellent location overlooking the sea with spectacular seascape views. The room balcony was ample and well furnished . The room- bedroom and adjoining sitting room- were nicely and comfortably furnished . The en suite bathroom was both clean and efficient. All things necessary for a comfortable stay were provided. The staff who cleaned the rooms were polite, helpful efficient and thorough. The bar and its adjoining terrace overlooking a well kept swimming pool with loungers provided a splendid place to sit with a full sea view. The service, provision of food, snacks and drink was excellent - and highly efficient. The owners were on sit, helpful and very friendly. This hotel was an exceptional find and I only wish that my stay could have been for longer. My stay

I recently had an incredible stay at Koutrakis Suites! This is my 3rd time staying here. The property is stunning, with great amenities and beautifully clean rooms. Stella and Mina are outstanding - attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. From the moment I arrived until my departure, they made me feel like a valued guest.

Stella, Mina and all of the family/team are absolutely incredible, so warm & welcoming and happy to help with any requests, even at 1am. The large room’s and rest of the hotel are spotless and cleaned daily. Food and drinks are fantastic from the pool bar, the breakfast buffet is also brilliant with a large variety of options. The hotel is only a short walk into Sissi centre, so is a great location for a nice walk and away from too much noise. Lovely little pool area that is an absolute sun trap all day. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, me and my partner can’t wait to come back here very soon.

Breakfast was quite diverse and generous. The staff is great, warm and friendly. The hotel location is outstanding. We had the view of the beach. 5 mins away from Sisi beach, and 10 mins away from the Sisi Port and main restaurants. The road behind the hotel is the romantic with benches by the beach and beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast could have been better. Maybe a better choice of fruit.
