“Excellent place to stay in Sisian”
The spotlessly clean rooms have been furnished to a very high standard with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is good. This is an excellent place to stay.

“overpriced but comfortable”
Convenient location along the main road opposite a good supermarket. Cosy and clean room with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The small lady speaks good English and they kindly brought us an electric fan heater after we requested it as the heating was not functioning. small seating area in the room with a kettle and cups and glasses (no tea or coffee though). The included breakfast is very filling and yummy, it is served in the bar-like lobby where also serve beer&drinks.

The beds were short and there was mess/dust under them. There were stains on some of the towels.

The door said it took all credit cards, but upon check-in the staff said it had to be tram. We had to go get tram since the amount was large and we did not have enough on us. They don't refresh your room unless you stay more than 3 nights. Bed was in better condition than online pictures.

the city is very poor and feels very unsafe. you have to pay extra if you want coffee for breakfast bathroom has weird smell and if u go first in the morning have to wait ~5mins while you get hot water

“Perfect base to visit Syunik region and its beauties”
We spent three nights at the Flamenco Hotel in Sisian, a perfect base to explore the beauty of Syunik region (Tatev and Vorotnavank monasteries, Shaki Waterfalls, Carahunge, Ughtasar petroglyphs...). Our stay here was so good to exceed expectations. The rooms are big, with new furniture, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always plentiful and delicious, with fresh and local products. The staff is super kind and friendly. The lady who assisted us during our stay (I believe her name is Susana) has always been so sweet and caring with us, always attentive to our needs and committed to making our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. Our stay at Flamenco was probably the best of our trip in Armenia, we strongly recommend this place.
