“Nice quite remote hotel”

It was a very nice and quiet remote hotel surrounded by nature. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They ordered us food. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean.

Great accomodation, nice and clean room and excelent staff-they are very friendly and kind. The receptionist told us everything about what we can see and do in that area and she invited us to try wine and prepared also olives, cheese and cakes for the evening. Breakfast was very tasty too. Thank you very much, we will definately come back😉

One of the best stays in Armenia... Family farm with nice cozy rooms, common kitchen where you can prepare your meals and living room where coffee and tea are always available. Nice garden where you can relax. The host (and whole family) was very wellcoming, they speak engles so the communication was not a problem. Host gave us a lot of advices what to see in the area and about Armenia. And homemade breakfast was just excellent. We really recomend this place.

Very nice place in a calm area in the hills near the city of Sisian. Room was clean and exactly the same as on photos. Outside you can find terrace with grill. Inside you can use very nice living room and kitchen. The ammenities provided there are incredible. Breakfast is very good. They give their own homemade jam. Big thumbs up to the host (owner) who is such a nice, helpful and welcoming person. In the night you can see foxes and shakals from the window. I liked everything about this place! I recommend to take a trip with the owner in his offroad car to the Ughtasar peak. It is unforgattable experience.

Cute little farm stay that fitted all of our needs. The breakfast was exceptional, facilities clean, and we were welcomed generously into the property. Would highly recommend.

“Beautiful countryside holiday”

Everything was fantastic and I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful and considerate. The rooms and facilities are not luxury, this is true, but they are comfortable, sparkling clean, and you will have everything you need. The breakfasts deserve a special mention as they were every single morning delicious. The property is incredibly beautiful and the landscape around it too. And Sisian town is only a 10Min drive away (for the nearest supermarket). It is also definitely worth it to go with Mher in the 4WD up to the Petroglyphs. This will be a lifetime memory.

Nice, friendly family managed resort in a beautiful house filled with artworks and music. Very beautiful and quiet surroundings.

“Best place to stay and for tours in this part of Armenia”

We spent only one night in Azoyan resort and only half a day with its team but this was the most memorable time in Armenia for us. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The house has great dining area and kitchen and even table tenis and billiard table. The breakfast was really delicious and plentiful! The house is very near to megalithic complex of Zorats Karer and the team can organize you trip to the place. Most importantly here you can join a tour with comfortable car to one of the most amazing places in the country - Ughtassar petroglyphs and lake! There are hundreds of images on the rocks and for the people interested in wildlife a lot of surprises - bearded vultures, bears and foxes! Thank you team Azoyan, see you again!

During our Armenia - Trip, this was our favorite place! The whole family was very friendly and kind. There were enough free parking spaces, and the WIFI worked very well. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast! They also had many vegetarian options! On our last day we had to leave extremely early- and they even packed us a lunch package to go. Very sweet gesture. There was free tea, coffee and water at every time. The room and the whole place was very clean, and our room- even with a small balcony- was very beautiful. I have nothing to complain about- it was perfect- thanks so much!

The place is huge and beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a living room with cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was incredible with local tasty products. The staff was really helpful to show us the way to Zorats Karer. It is also posible to go to Shaki waterfalls on foot. Without any doubt we recomend Azoyan Holiday Resort.

I liked the service and the hosts’ attitude very much, it’s a warm and super cozy place (in the sense of emotions you get while staying there). I love that the hosts provide guests with a lot of useful information. The whole house is great, interiors are beautiful, breakfast is really good, all the animals are super friendly, but the most important factor is the amazing hosts anyway!

This resort is very nice and in very good location. Close to nice places. Breakfast is the best we had in Armenia. I highly recommend if you around definitely book this resort.

“Just perfect!”

Everything was just perfect! The room was beautiful with all the necessary things, the common areas were clean and very beautiful with small details everywhere. The kitchen had everything one needs for a short or long stay. We did not have a problem with the shower. Water was good temperature and steady. There was a heater in the room, we used for 2hrs before sleep, but the blankets are so warm, that we were very comfortable. We were offered to ride a horse and wine, and we were given a ride to the main road to continue our hitchhiking trip around the county. The owner and children we met in the property were all very sweet, and we felt welcomed ❤️ If you are there, you must walk to the Shaki waterfall. If you have a car, leave it in the guest house and walk. The road when walking was the most beautiful road we did here. It's absolutely stunning. Taxi ride from Sisian is 1000drams, and it much more beautiful than the village itself. Thank you very much for the hospitality ❤️

“Hidden gem”

Gorgeous, cozy, rustic escape from the world, surrounded by horses, cows, mountains...Staff and owner were very kind. Kids loved it. They let us on a horse, which was brilliant for the little ones. Best night sleep we had in Armenia. Comfy beds. Close to waterfalls, hiking trails, Tatev, etc. We will come back. Highly recommend.
