“It was fantastic. I loved the place and the attendance of the landlord.”
The place is marvellous. In the Mere City Center, everything is right down the corner. The landlord is incredible: helps with any need expressed immediately, very opened and friendly. Absolut top place in Merida and I've rented many.

“I am indifferent with the property, perhaps not the best cost valuation . I did enjoy my breakfast!”
The breakfast was excellent, however, I do not eat eggs and they would not just change to pancakes or avocado toast. It became a big thing, that should not have been.

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worse experience after over 100 stays around the world.”
I did not like anything about it. Nothing. Upon arrival the property would not take my VISA credit card, that they took the reservation with, that worked with all my other bookings. They then kicked me out and would not help me or work with me to find a solution when I asked. It was a small; town, late in the day and I had very few options.

Very good location, close to the beach, but was a little noisy as it was Easter w/end. The restaurant next door was fabulous for breakfast. Sisal is small, so was easy to walk around to get to everything and well worth visiting.

“Nice place to stay”
Management was great I need to move a date of my trip and they accepted. They were very responsive. Close to the beach , in town . Clean room but not to very big but sufficient. .Great lounge to sit outside . Overall a great place to stay in Sisal .

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location. We spoke little Spanish but they went out of their way to communicate with us. The restaurant at the same location was delicious.

“Stay here......better than trying to do One-Day tour to Sisal staying in Merida....”
Restaurant is a separate administration from the hotel but food is EXCELLENT!!....a little bit pricy for the location. Chef is very creative. Healthy and balanced menu for dinner and breakfast.
