Upfront quick and easy communication via WhatsApp. The landlord lives in the basement. Very friendly and helpfull. He allowed us to store the bikes in his garden and charge them there as well, which we gratefully accepted. Gated community.

Comfortable and well provided for in terms of facilities. Secure parking in a gated community. Nice balcony with great views of the mountains and countryside. Close to supermarket and good local restaurants.
