“A wonderful place run by wonderful people!”

What an incredibly special place. Andrea and his lovely family showed us the utmost hospitality and made our trip very special. The restaurant on site was exceptional and we worked our way through the entire menu. The food, the service, and attention to detail at the restaurant was spot on. Breakfasts were fantastic and again, the service was brilliant. The location is beautiful and Sirolo is a dreamy little town. I will say, the route to the beach is not for the faint of heart! As it required quite the up hill climb to return. But very worth the climb!! Everything recommendation from Andrea was excellent. Take the boat trip, go to the vineyards, eat all the food! He really made it feel like we had our own expert guide to Sirolo.

The view from the balcony where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning. The selection of breakfast items and the service at breakfast, check-in and check-out was superb! We highly recommend this place if you want to stay in the area of Sirolo. We had an issue with our safe in our room and the owners rectified it immediately. Such a pleasant couple who own these boutique rooms.

Room could have more hooks, both in the bathroom and in the room. Space within the room was not enormous. I would have liked more space for garments. In the bathroom there might be more shelves. not much space for toiletries.

“A very good experience.”

Located just near the main square , this hotel is in an excellent position. Despite being central, there was no noise in the bedroom. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It was no problem to ask for extra food or drinks. The view fro the rooms and the terrace is stunning. Above all the staff could not have ben more helpful. The owner, Andrea, was an excellent host. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the food was of exceptional quality.

The owner Andrea is most friendly and helpful, he gave us great advice about restaurants and places to visit. Also the location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting Sirolo because you can reach everything on foot. The place itself is brand new and very clean. Breakfast and parking is also very wel organized.
