Beautiful old building and lovely atmospheric room. Very clean. Host Marco was attentive, met us in the street to show us car park and help us with our bags and directions to the hotel (walking only). He gave us good restaurant recommendations.

“A great stay!”

The host Marco texted us the location of the parking lot before arriving and met with us there. He helped carrying our luggage to the guesthouse (less than 5 min away from the parking lot). The parking lots are for free and belong to the place. Marco showed us the centre of the town and where we could have breakfast. (You get vouchers for having breakfast at a café/ restaurant there, also less than 5 min away from the guesthouse.) He then showed us around the guesthouse, there is a small shared kitchen for preparing coffee or tea (which are for free) or small meals. He also recommended us beaches, places and restaurants to go to. The place is very cosy, the bed was comfortable and the location is quiet and peaceful. To get to the beach you'll have to walk down a steep hill (and walk it up again later), depending on the season you can also take the car. The little town has plenty of restaurants, many were closed (it was October) but there were still many options. We had lunch and breakfast at L'oasi, both were very good. We definitely recommend staying at AleMar!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect — close to many cozy restaurants with delicious food. The room had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. Marco, the host, was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you for making our stay so special — we would love to come back again!

Sirolo is a beautiful clean town and Alemar is situated in a narrow street behind the main square, where you are given vouchers to have breakfast in one of the two cafes with stunning views of the sea and surrounding area. The owner Marco is so kind and offered us lots of information

Marco was a great host. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was always available to deal with any queries. The location was excellent being on a quiet street close to the main square. We enjoyed having breakfast at the various cafes on the square and the proximity of very good restaurants. The property had an interesting history and was beautifully restored.

It is a beautiful property. Our room was large, spacious, clean and modern. There is a lovely breakfast/kitchen area with water and coffee always available. The location is perfect. Just off the main square to be nice and quiet and yet close to everything. A coupon was offered every day for breakfast with a choice of 3 lovely places to eat. Oasi was by far our favourite. Marco is a very friendly, generous and accommodating host. He arranged free transport and a first row umbrella at San Michele beach for us for several days. I highly recommended this property.

Located in the center of Sirolo, with dedicated parking. Spacious and clean room, with all the necessary accessories. Convenient common kitchen for the guests. Water and coffee are free! Marco spends time giving recommendations to everyone and making sure all is going alright. Strongly recommended!

I liked nothing really - you can find similar places or better ones for half the price. Don't stay here.

“Again at any time”

Marco, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The house is an old fascinating stone building just two steps far from the main square, which is a terrace with a view on the sea and monte Conero. The breakfast is offered by the bars in this square. We could choose between three bars, but we liked the first we tried and we sticked with it for the whole stay. The room is clean and quite large.

We loved Sirolo and our stay at AleMar.The hotel was very centrally located, clean and modern.It had everything we needed for a short stay including a shared kitchen and coffee machine.Communication with the host was excellent.Since we arrived by car we were met on arrival by Marco and directed to a private parking spot before he helped us with our luggage to the hotel.We were very happy we chose AleMar and would plan to stay there again if we return.
