The staff were nice and the room was a good size. Breakfast was also ok and at a time that suited me. I also enjoyed the bar and available bar food.

“Fair stay but noisy road all night”

We had a fair stay at this hotel but the main road to the west runs right next to it - big trucks passing all night kept us out of our sleep :(

Does exactly what it says. Perfect stopover point en route from Pacific coast to Caribbean Coast. Comfy bed, easy check in and out. Breakfast was included and was fine. As others have said, very close to the main road, which is noisey. Our room faced the back, and we slept well

Great spot for folks traveling Route 32. Very comfortable and clean- great value for money. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The location is convenient- I would stay here again.

Good stopover to break the journey from the Caribbean coast back to San jose. Good sized room and comfy beds. Good choice in restaurant

Breakfast included was delicious, although we didn’t use the pool we will next time. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean. I was assigned one away from the highway as I requested upon booking. I still heard the passing semi trucks, but the noise was minimal and did not disturb my sleep (I cannot speak for people staying closer to the highway). The grounds were nice and well maintained. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the WiFi reception but I had a strong signal, even all the way in the back of the property. I had dinner in the restaurant, the server was very young and seemed a bit uneasy dealing with me since i do not speak Spanish, which is understandable. We had to communicate via Google translate but we got through it fine. The food (Sopa Negro and veggie pasta) was well prepared, reasonably priced and delicious. There was a male employee I saw often in the parking lot who seemed to be placed there to keep an eye on the guest's cars, which was reassuring given the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with my room key when I first arrived. The girl from the reception desk reprogrammed it and walked me back up to my room to make sure the issue was resolved. Great customer service!

“not what i expected”

The food was OK. The breakfast was good. The people are kind but can’t speak a word English. Pretty strange for an hotel. The location was strategic for rafting.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms were set back from road which meant that you couldn't hear the trucks passing by.

location good as a stop over if you are heading out to the Caribbean . Breakfast good and is served from 6 am, another plus
