Situated close to all the facilities of San Juan and Tubod Beach but with a quiet location well off the road and looking out to sea. While some of the fittings in our bungalow were a bit tired it was well appointed, the shower was good and we had a great time just sitting on the terrace enjoying the peacefulness and the sea view. The staff were great and the Friday night dinner for staff and guests was a very nice touch. We only ended up here through a failed booking elsewhere and it turned out to be a real bonus for us

Staff are very nice. Our room is very clean, quiet and has a superb view of the sea. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beach is just few steps away. Best sunset everyday 😍 There was a surprised free buffet meal on Friday c/o the owner and lovely staff who prepared them.

Couldnt have been in a better location for sunset and in walking distance to some great food places, others a short tuk tuk away. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the rooms are comfy and big feels like luxury. Would stay here again if i ever came back me and my family loved it.

Massive room with stunning view STAFF were exceptional with everything including scooter higher. Kitchen use was great . Tuk tuks outside the gate but accomodation right on the waters edge. When we stayed there was a problem with water pressure so we used garden hose, but apparently new pump on order. Probably our best stay in the Philippines. Chill out and enjoy the view from the balcony, and the room was top class .

“Good Value Dorm Stay with Free Friday Dinner and Beach Access”

Free dinner is provided on Friday. Drinks and alcohol are also available. In the morning, pancake mix is available. You can make pancakes yourself and use the margarine and syrup in the fridge. There is direct access to the beach. The beach is clean and good for swimming, but there is not much to see.

Very clean dorm with make your own banana pancakes available for breakfast. Friendly owners and staff. It's location is a little to the edge of San Juan and it's set in lovely gardens of palms and shady setting, leading to beach

Forest zone very Eco diverse👍, coral reefs and sea activity access..staff n owners especially Aurora are very accommodating, clean and free buffet every Friday is big plus. Photos are stored in my memory and hearts, definitely worth coming back to stay

“A great place for a beach person”

It was quite clean for an area with a lot of plants and by the beach. The beach being near made it cool and the waves as background noise was nice. It was well maintained, the structures, and the bathroom were complete, functional, and proper. The bathroom especially was clean and top quality. Even with the recent black-outs, the room remained cool and still a place you're able to sleep in. The staff were very nice and considerate. As well as contacting them through phone was very good and the bookings are well-organized, you don't have to doubt it.

Big rooms, okay location, nice staff, and the dinner party with owners.

We were genuinely surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay at Residencia Diosa. The whole place feels like a peaceful garden retreat, just off the road but quiet and serene. Perfect for travelers with a motorbike. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with local art, and probably the largest we’ve stayed in during our year and a half in the Philippines. It had everything—AC, large bathroom, fridge, kettle, a nice terrace with furniture—everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The room faced the sea, and while there’s no sandy beach, you can swim right in front of the resort or use the nearby public beach just a few steps away. There’s no restaurant on site, but a shared kitchen is available, and plenty of eateries are within a 5-minute walk. Covered parking for bikes and cars was a great bonus during the rain. Very happy with our stay. Would absolutely return.

Internet didn’t work at all and it was the only one hotel on the whole island where wasn’t a generator, so there didn’t work an internet, the AC and was no electricity.
