Staff are very helpful. Pool is small but we still enjoyed it very much. Everything is neat and clean. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The room was super clean, and they even provided coffee in the room. The location was great, only 5 minutes from the shops and the beach. The pool was also really clean and perfect for relaxing. Everyone working there was always around, very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The complex is well-maintained and the rooms are clean. The complex is located on the main street and therefore not directly on the beach as suggested in the advertisement. This was not a problem for us, but it might still be good for other people to know. The staff is truly amazing and deserves a 10.

An excellent place to stay, that is very clean and well-kept. In a really convenient location, just off the main road. Lovely rooms, a big communal kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle and induction stove top. AC in the room and solar back-up. There's a great pool down the back of the property, surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Perfect location in San Juan. Facilities were unreal, really clean room and bathroom. Hot shower with good pressure. Aircon was fantastic considering heat outside. Spacious, modern room. Extremely friendly host, very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Swimming pool really nice with comfy loungers.

Stayed in Premier 1 which was a fantastic room with a really good shower. The pool was hidden away at the back of the location and gave loads of privacy which allowed us to sunbathe in comfort.

Fabulous stay. The villa was great. Celine and her staff were so helpful, motorbike organised and always friendly. Good shared kitchen and lovely balcony and pool for chilling

Really lovely room in a great location with lovely staff. Gardens are beautiful and we saw fire flies at night. We stayed in the newest bungalow which was very clean and cosy. Communal kitchen with tea/coffee is a nice touch too.

Lovely gardens and cosy comfortable room. All staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Shared kitchen with fridge made it possible to have our own good, especially for breakfast.

As you enter the property the grounds are so beautifully planted that you forget that you are just off the main road. We stayed in one of the large modern villas with deck chairs on the balcony. The room was new, modern and very well designed with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night. The lady who manages the place was lovely and welcoming.

Island Casitas is an amazing place to stay. The location is secure, beautiful, and extremely clean. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with great attention to detail. The lady who runs the place is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s right by the beach and has a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.

we stayed in the nice villa bungalow with terrace, spacious room and bathroom. we liked the wardrobe with coathangers and the fridge and kitchenette to use outside plus the refilling drinking water station. everything was clean and the garden setting nice.

“Didn’t live in there due to power shutdown, scammed as no refund as promised”

The whole island was experiencing an electrical shut down when we arrived at the hotel. Even though, the stuff welcomed us was very sweet and offered us the alternative options of other hotels with power generators. However, we never received the refund from the hotel as promised, no one replied to our messages, which is definitely disappointing :(
