Beautiful location and surroundings. Host Bong was amazing organising lifts to the ferry port and out motorcycle hire.

Set in a lovely garden, a small resort tucked out of the way… initially we were worried that we were too far away from San Juan, but this turned out to be a blessing as it was so peaceful at night. You need to hire scooters ( or a car) and it’s 15 mins on a scooter to San Juan. The island is great for snorkelling and diving ( and partying if you’re young.. we’re not) The breakfast was nice, you pay extra, and the pool was very welcome. The staff will pick you up and drop you off to the port/ airport which was v nice.

Top class. Big thank you to Jizelle and Sir Bong for all your help! We extended our stay from 6 to 10 nights, and kept our adjoining rooms. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Rooms, facilities, and food were excellent. We rented a car for 3 days, and scooters. Edge of Jungle location, peaceful spot to recharge & yet not far to all the Facilities... or to the main spots. The staff at the property are so lovely and helpful. Bong supplied us with a map of the island and all his personal recommendations which was invaluable and really made the trip! The outside area of the hostel is beautiful and so calm and relaxing. It really is an amazing place to stay and we felt it was good value for money.

The Garden Bungalow Resort is well located close to Siquijor ferry terminal and town, but still secluded just outside the town in a beautiful and calm location surrounded by forest. It's tropical garden and the pool are perfect to relax. The owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful with lots of advice for the island. Scooters can be rented at the place or other transportation can be organized. Siquijor is a small island, so everything can be reached easily from the resort by scooter, car or tricycle. The room was very clean and the beds comfy. We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts there. Thanks so much again for all the hospitality!

“Perfect Hillside Getaway”

The staff here truly goes above and beyond. I wrecked my bike on the road out front and they dressed the wound with me every day and made sure all of my needs were met. Can't really ask for more, 11/10 personnel. Whether it is the onsite folks or Bong, you feel taken of care of at all times. They don't hesitate to help with any request. Location is fine with a scooter (which they provide at a fee), and a welcome escape. Facilities are high quality and property is well maintained.

I has an amazing stay and wish I had spent an additional day on the island which is very peaceful and relaxing. I was picked up from the port and able to rent a scooter on the spot which was very convenient. I also got a lot of useful advice of places to visit in Siquijor and nice places to eat. Highly recommended !!

Loved the peaceful gardens and the spacious rooms. The staff were the best of the best , so happy to help and make the most of our stay. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed a cooked breakfast . We used a scooter to pop into town and enjoy the islands beaches, restaurants and waterfalls. We wanted to stay longer …

Attractive environment and friendly helpful staff

“Felt just like home! But warmer”

We stayed in the attic room and it was perfect. Overlooking the pool and garden and was so spacious - bigger and better than we expected. The host was so friendly and helpful. The area was so peaceful and only 10 mins bike drive away from San Juan - perfect for us as we would prefer to be away from the busy area. I left my airpods behind and the host has been so helpful and a lovely couple from the UK is bringing them back to the UK for me. Thoroughly appreciated their help!

“Very chill place with attentive staff”

The Garden Bungalows Resort is a nice calm haven located a five minute scooter ride from Siquijor town. We loved the clean box spring beds with white sheets. We are travelling with three people and it is relatively hard to find an affordable accomodation with three seperate beds. The relaxed atmosphere and lack of road sounds make the place very good for chilling at the pool. Furthermore staff was very attentive, with the free pick up service and provided island map.

The resort is amazing, very beautiful, very green, the rooms are super comfortable and clean, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are pretty good. The owners and the staff are amazing, they were very helpful ,friendly and they took very good care of me . I’m going to come back for sure ! it was one of the best places I have been in Philippines. I Highly recommend the Garden Bungalows Resort . Thanks you for everything guys. I had a great time there.
