“Friendly staff / great location”

The staff were very friendly and accomodating for all needs. The guest house offers motorbike rentals, laundry and organises tuk tuk transport to continued destinations. Breakfast was included and we were able to select our breakfast options and times for each day. The guest house less than a 10 min walk to Paliton beach but is still tucked out the way and not too crowded. An extra plus is that we arrived early (at 10am) and were able to store our luggage until checkin (2pm) and still able to rent a bike on our arrival so we could explore the island. Wound definitely recommend staying here!!!

Great location - 10 minute walk to Paliton beach. Cottages were super cute and staff friendly! You can rent scooters from them (slightly more expensive than what’s available in town but convenient).

We really enjoyed our stay at Dwarf Guest House. Breakfast was good, staff really friendly and helpful. We rented a bike from them and they helped arrange tuktuk to and from port. Staff made up our breakfast to take away early on our final day which we really appreciated. Location is ideal, near paliton beach and a 10 min bike ride from San Juan.

The people there were very helpful and nice

The room was comfortable and clean, but the location was the highlight of our stay - just a short walk to Paliton beach!

Overall, the accommodation was fine. Nothing special. There was hot water and air conditioning in the room. The tent-shaped houses are located opposite each other, with a small but well-kept courtyard in between. The internet connection was unstable at times, and there were two power outages during our stay, but according to what we were told, this is completely normal on the island. Within walking distance, there is an excellent Italian restaurant (not to be missed) as well as Paliton Beach. It’s also possible to rent a motorbike directly from the host at a reasonable price. Breakfast was simple and not very filling — this is an area that could be improved. In terms of value for money, I found the place slightly overpriced.

The staff is extremely friendly and offers island tours at a competitive price. You can choose to ride in a tuk-tuk, which I opted for, or on a motorcycle. The property met my expectations and is very close to Paliton Beach, just a 5-10 minute walk depending on your pace. I will definitely come back!

“Nice cottage experience”

Nice breakfast even if it was a little small (Pancakes were good). Friendly and quite helpful staff. Nice room and bathroom with quite big shower separated from the sink and the wc. When we stayed the owner has 5 little puppy dogs wandering around the property :)

Very nice place to stay! The hosts were very friendly, the beds and pillows were so comfy and the breakfast was lovely. It was very clean but the bathroom did smell but if you keep the door shut it’s fine, our only fault really!

15minutes waking to Paliton Beach Flexible check in and check out (thanks :) ) Staff is there for you, don’t hesitate to ask!! Lots of restaurants around but you may need a bike or transport to move around

Staff were really friendly. Location was amazing. Couldn’t be better. Breakfast was really good and they had everything we needed, bed and room was super comfy and loads of space. The bathroom was good with hot shower. The owner even invited us to a party one night which was lovely with a hog roast.

Loved the concept. Each hut was named after one of the dwarfs from Snow White. Location was okay, 10-15 min walk to a small beach. Some restaurants close by, but busier area was 40 mins walk. Nice little seating areas outside the huts. Free water refills
