Nice short stay. Spacious room, great location.

I book often in this hotel and always it corresponds to my expectations. This time, I found it weird and absurd that I was ask to pay a fee of 10€ to checkin at 14h (one hour earlier that the normal checkin time - 15h) when the rooms were probably available and it was making no difference at all to the hotel. The receptionist was kind in explaining me that this is a new rule but I must admit that the hotel should review this policy. I understand that checkin very earlier should be charged but not 1 hour before… each situation is a situation and in this case it made me only surprised and not happy, that’s all. This is a constructive critic to avoid this in the future. Thanks

The rooms were among the best I’ve stayed in over the past year. I had a Skybox, and being able to step out onto a private balcony overlooking the stadium was absolutely brilliant and a real highlight of the stay.

Nice, comfortable room, very kind staff and very good breakfast. We enjoyed the Spa as well (little labyrinth to found it, but 100% worth the way).

The hotel is very comfortable, safe, heated, with comfortable mattresses, a spacious shower with a bathroom heater, tea and coffee in the room, and the staff is very professional and friendly.

Beds: I always request double beds and they offer me two beds pushed together.

This reservation was made by me in order to help my parents-in-law, who had to travel urgently. The only condition for this booking was that the hotel must include breakfast. This condition was clearly respected at the time of booking and paid for in full. However, upon arrival, the breakfasts that were paid for were denied. The hotel staff clearly took advantage of the fact that my parents-in-law do not speak French or English properly, using this as an excuse to deny a service that had already been paid for. This behavior is shameful, unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself has conditions that could justify a high rating. However, due to the attitude and conduct described above, I am giving it the lowest possible rating. What happened is disgraceful. I DEMAND at the very least a refund of the amount paid for the breakfasts, which were wrongfully refused. This situation is a serious failure of service and should never happen through a platform like Booking. Sincerely,
