“Property cancelled our reservation the day before arrival”
We booked our stay in November, 2023 and received confirmation through booking.com and then the property cancelled our reservation the day before we left for our vacation in Feb, 2024. We received an email and no further contact from the property. We ended up paying 2X the price for accommodations at another property.

“Our stay was cancelled by the hotel the day before our arrival.”
We booked our stay in November for our February trip and they cancelled our reservation the day before we were due to arrive. Very disappointing and ended up costing us double for our accommodations. No further communication from the property after telling us about our cancelled reservation.
