“Don’t bother as they will scam you and refuse to reply to you”
Nothing. They cancelled my actual booking which was supposed to be 1st of August and rearranged for a the 25th of November without telling me on the day of arrival after emailing me to confirm my arrival time on the 1st of August. They then refused to contact me. I was left stranded with 4 kids in the middle of nowhere. They then refused to reply to mine or booking.com emails to refund the money.Even though we had proof they had change the date in my day of arrival thus they had breached the agreement not us. Absolutely disgusting property and would never use again. This was all because someone had booked for longer but rather than contact us and ask if we could change or cancel or booking ahead of time they just changed it in the day we arrived. Also booking.com were absolutely dog shit in helping to resolve the case and refused to get involved further and force the refund. Save you time and effort don’t use these or booking.com as they are both a set of useless scamming pricks
