“We were a group of 22 people and booked 5 mobile homes in advance, with full payment made upfront. A few weeks later, we asked by message if we could check in earlier. The reply we received was surprising and disappointing: we were told that we were ‘too many’ and would not fit, even though the homes were already reserved and paid for. This created a feeling of insecurity and lack of professionalism before our stay. A campsite that values its guests should communicate rules and limitations clearly from the beginning, not after taking the payment. The communication experience was not a positive one.”
