“Great base for exploring the area”

Great place to explore the areas of Orosei by being not too far from the Olbia airport (35-40 min drive). The host Beas very kind and he accommodated our requests over the fact that we had to leave early in the morning.

Lovely room, with breakfast and gorgeous little gardens to eat outside. You had an internal door that lead to a common kitchen & laundry area for all guests.

I absolutely love the design (furniture, decoration) of the room and also the lovely outdoor area with its beautiful olive trees. The room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast (sweet breakfast, but yummy cakes) is good. We travel with two dogs and they were welcome and felt comfortable. The surcharge of EUR 3.- per dog/nt is perfectly fine. We can 100% recommend grabbing a pizza from the pizzeria just across the street (it’s slightly hidden, with no clear sign, but just walk in where there’s the green gate 😊).

“Fabulous stay with comfortable facilities and lovely hosts”

We anticipated less in the mountains but we're blown away by the hospitality of the family, those local and those on the end of the telephone. The facilities were very handsome, they'd made a real effort to make them comfortable.

Absolutely stunning place! We were just there for a stopover but check in was easy, the room was clean and the room was located in a very nice surrounding with the mountains in the back.

I had the best stay ever. got to siniscola quite late with the bus. and only had to walk a few minutes from the busstop to giobo rooms. The self check-in went very easy. and the room was amazing. Wish i could have stayed longer. Also the breakfast is such a treat. I loved this place!

Place is very nice, close to center with stores and reataurants. The owner is very kind, he doesn't speak English but tried to use phone translator to help us. Breakfast was nice for those who like sweet breakfast. If you need meat or eggs you should ask about it. You are able to use kitchen equipment. Also there are possibility to get milk, coffee, tea, juice and water.

“Home feeling and confort”

The rooms are brand new, very confortable and extremelly clean (daily cleaning)!! Easy check in with locker to get the keys after hours. The breakfast has a home feeling with home made cakes and the Sandro always asked us in the morning if we needed something. We even for a dinner recommendation with a discount! You can wash your clothes in the communitary laundy and get an easy parking in front of the house.

“Perfect room and location to visit many beaches”

Everything about this place is amazing from the property to the family who runs it. Everything was VERY clean and tidy (I couldn’t be happier about it!) The room Terra and bathroom size are very generous. There is a patio just outside of the room where you can enjoy breakfast under the olive trees. Breakfast are amazing and when I was there we had many different home baked cakes (all delicious). Location wise is ideal, from there you can reach out to many amazing beaches. And as a plus, once you are back tired from having spent all day long under the sun, there is a pizza restaurant run by a family 1min walk away from the room (be aware of the massive pizza size! 😊)

Perfect accommodation I can only recommend this accommodation. Here is more detailed info. Comfort, cleanliness and facilities: very nice, clean and new rooms. Bed big enough, very comfortable, you also have the option of changing the pillow if it is too hard for you. The pressure in the shower is great. Air conditioning very quiet and efficient! There is also a small fridge, safe and dryer on the terrace. Location: definitely recommend having a car, otherwise Siniscola is a beautiful town with lots of restaurants. We also had the opportunity to taste the typical Siniscola fruit (it was offered to us by the owner). The nearest beach is 10 minutes by car. Staff: very nice and helpful owners! We received a very warm welcome and treatment. The gentleman who is available in person most of the time, although he doesn't speak English, is easy to get along with. Alternatively, there is a person on Whatsapp who will write back within 2 minutes and sort everything out with you. Want advice on where to go or the best beaches? You can ask anything, everyone will be happy to advise you. Really great atmosphere. Breakfast: very rich and varied, homemade cakes, fruit from the garden, eggs, yoghurt etc. Value for money: unbeatable, it's really worth the money, we highly recommend it, we believe you will have as good an experience as we did!

The host was very helpful and kind. The B&B is completely new and is furnished very lovely. There is a breakfast provided which included many delicious things (pastries, cookies, cake, marmalade, fruits, toast, coffee, juice, eggs etc.). Furthermore the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
