“A most wonderful Hidden Gem”

This is a hidden Gem and we were so lucky to find it, it is a 200 meter walk to the beach and the most wonderful beach that stretches over 2 KM, we walked it every day. The host Isabella was wonderful and communicated so well even thought English is not her first language. My only wish is I could move there! The photos don't do it justice and I have too many to share!

It was the most magical place, beautiful room, easy access to the beach. Breakfast in the little beach cafe, with options for lunch & dinner.

The host and staff are outstanding! They make you feel at home from the first contact. The property itself is also remarkable: each room has its own private "terrace" with outdoor furniture; there's also an outdoor communal area with a pleasant garden. It is located at a very short distance to the beach, which has a kiosk that serves cocktails, food and where you can rent beach umbrellas. It's also at this kiosk that breakfast is served (who is not up for breakfast by the sea?!). I stayed at the property during the low season, and the beach was mostly empty at all times (anyone up for a beach that feels like private?!).

This property is beautifully furnished with lots of special touches. Also very quiet. The parking was very good in a secure driveway. Easy access to the beach.

Absolutely everything. Lovely apartments, very clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful landscape around. Isabella - the owner - what a gem! Every morning we got freshly brewed coffee and homemade cake. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely will be coming back!

It's just like in the photographs! Everything is new, clean, and nicely decorated. It's one of the rare places in Sardinia that's only seconds away from the beach. Isabella is an amazing host, always available and happy to accommodate anything.

We visited Sardinia after the season, so perfect beaches without people for me. Temperature acceptable, you can do more activities- walks, hiking, rent a boat, rent a bike. I love it. We were lucky to know Isabella a little more because she had more free time after the busiest time of year. I think she is doing her job very well, she cares about customers, thinking about how to do things better. I visited Sardinia the first time, but definitely not the last time. Accommodation is new, everything is clean it lovely sitting in the garden with lake views.

It is a great place for people who love peace - these are completely new apartments, very clean, the bed is very comfortable. It is only 1-2 minutes by walk to the beach, wifi works great. Isabella is very kind and helpful. Italian breakfast (brioche and coffee) is served at the beach bar (1-2 min by walk). Each appartment has place for the rest with table and chairs. There is a restaurant near the apartment - 5-7 minutes by walk with very good food. I definitely recommend it to those who want to be close to the beach and have a calm vacation. Indeed - there is a specific smell because of the flamingo lake (almost no water in September). From my perspective it is not terrible at all, but I believe it might be uncomfortable for someone.
