1. Layout of unit 0905 is good with store rooms,. 2. AC Was extremely cold which is very good for us. 3. Secured and safe. 4. No disturbance from other tenants or guests or staff. 5. Next to small mall, kopitiam, fairprice supermarket. 6. Big open to sky swimming pool with towels provided. 7. Helpful mgmt staff. 8. Washing machin with dryer very good 9. Kitchen fully equipped.

Full-facilities condo , quite old building but spacious & well-equipment with cutlery , utensils, 10 cups rice cooker, 10 litres SS pot, SS sauce pan , glass wines, plates , mugs, laundry rack, mop, bucket, broom & dust pan, toaster , kettle , dish detergent , brand new dish sponge, , brand new table cloth (X 2 pieces), knives , chopping board, 1 pack (about 10- 20g) of laundry power , scissors , bowls, lighter for stove, wine opener, can opener, welcome-snacks and others. Lots of varieties for Cable tv channels. Wifi connection is excellent. A huge supermarket in mall is just beside condo . Hawker centre (Ci Yuan Community centre) is walking distance from condo or just 2 bus stop away. Wet market (Hougang Village) & lots coffeeshops , clinic , dental , vet & shops are just 4 bus stops away. Swimming pool is spacious and not many occupants swim. Towel is provided at the pool. Public toilet besides pool comes with bidet spray. Overall , unit is cleaned. We have a friendly , diligent & honest housekeeper Surayah who would come to the unit every 2 days.

The staff were very polite and helpful.Need to mention personally Nur Ashiqin, Serena,Ace and the maintenance guy Taufik are helpful and incredible.

Everything was well set up and equipped. Also the shopping center downstairs was so handy. There was a food court and other restaurants on the ground floor and a great hawker centre just up the road.

The unit was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was done on the allocated days well, too. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items.

Clean, just as Singapore used to be. Convenient to meeting friends, eating and go around neighbourhood. Washing machine and dryer are great. Will definitely come back when visit Singapore.
