Prime location with the MRT station just next to the hotel, making it very convenient to travel around the city. The hotel has excellent connectivity to major attractions, shopping areas, and business districts. There are restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food and essentials at any time. The staff were friendly, and the overall stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I would also like to thank the staff for accommodating us to check in early before the checkin time.

Excellent location right next to Bencoolen MRT, with cafés nearby and a mosque directly opposite the hotel. The neighbourhood felt very peaceful, safe, and clean, making it a comfortable base for exploring Singapore. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the housekeeping team clearly maintains a very high standard of cleanliness. We were travelling on a girls’ trip and greatly appreciated that the hotel arranged our rooms side by side. The reception team, bellman, and concierge staff were exceptionally friendly, informative, and professional. They were always willing to assist with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Singapore.

Fantastic location, really easy access to multiple MRT stations (including one next door) and nearby eateries. The staff were fantastic - getting late check out for an evening flight was a breeze and the doormen (especially Henry) were helpful with luggage and organising a taxi.
