“Great location on Sentosa Island easy access to the bus and monorail”

The showers in the bathroom was amazing. The beds are very comfortable very clean. Excellent staff excellent Wi-Fi.

The hotel allocated our unit as requested. The interior looked well-maintained.

“Beware of rooftop private events til past midnight”

There was a wedding party followed by DJ spinning music til 1230am. We could hear it on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep. The events team need to consider this carefully when renting out roof top venue for late night rave parties. Is affecting many guests. But kudos to the Night Duty manager on 13 June and supervisor Raja, they have been amazing! They took our feedback seriously. Said, the check-in staff was amazing too! Far East organisation, pls treasure your front office staff.

Very clean modern and great location particularly if you have kids, premium water view room excellent bed probably best of 6 week travels even got 12 hr straight jet lag sleep. Staff very helpful and courteous.

The bed is clean and the room is comfortable and just right for two persons. The staff are friendly and there is shuttle bus to vivocity. It is across resort world and next to train station and accessible to other parts of sentosa. The staff is helpful and friendly. Will stay again

Breakfast was ok. It promoted as adult hotel. That's not true there are children there. Only place where under 16 are not allowed during the day is rooftop bar.

“Stunning hotel on Sentosa with exceptional sea views”

This hotel is amazing - it has the best views from the ocean view rooms, overlooking Palawan Beach. It's a short walk from all of the attractions Sentosa has to offer, and an even shorter walk to the Beach and Imbiah monorail stations, making it easy to get to the mainland quickly. We loved our room and the facilities, including a lovely bathroom area and shower, plus space to put your cases and unpack. The staff were incredibly friendly - especially Maureen (?) at the rooftop bar - who made you feel very welcome. Speaking of the bar, this is a great area for adults only, with brilliant cocktails and drinks at the bar and a beautiful pool. In the evening, the restaurant served great food and drinks, with spectacular views of the ocean, and you can see the fireworks display from Siloso beach, too. The beauty of this place is that you can use the family friendly pools on level 3, as well as the adult-only pool on level 7. I'd highly recommend it for young couples looking for a perfect getaway on Sentosa Island. We felt incredibly relaxed and safe here.
