“Excellent Service”
During my stay; 19-20 June 2026. Would like to share my observation whilst I was having breakfast at the Town restaurant and Bar on the morning of 20 June from 8am till just before 9am. I noticed Mr Zain. He was swift in his pace moving about the tables and clearing the empty plates and cups, attending to needs of the customers as well. Then there was Mr Kuan Kuan who I later know that he was a part-timer. He stood momentarily behind my seat and noticed the position I was seated had a dripping ceiling due to the condensation of the air-conditioning (It actually didn't bother me as it's just water). He offered to change the table due to the drip. I told him it was alright as I wasn't a fussy customer and didn't really bothered me. Mr Kuan went further to assured me that changing the table isn't much of an issue for the restaurant as customer service is their priority. I assured him that I am cool and fine to stay. Mr Kuan respected my decision and when moving on, told me that if at any point in time if I changed my mind, to alert any of the staffs. I am hearten as even a part timer takes pride in the job! The hotel must have treated their staff well!! Kudos to the Mr Kuan and Mr Zain for their service attitude and passion at work! It's hard to come by in these times.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was modern and very comfortable with a view across to Marina Bay Sands. We enjoyed the Straits Club extras. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Large room, well appointed, price included an extensive buffet breakfast. Late check out was easy and the ability to shower and freshen up in the spa before an evening flight was greatly appreciated - thanks to the very helpful consierge.
