Staff were very professional especially when dealing with disturbances. Issue was addressed immediately. No questions were asked when i was accidentally locked out of my room & the pool was clean n great for lap swimming. 👍

The room, with its upstairs sitting room, was very nice. There was also a decent-sized outdoor lap pool on level 2, although strangely it had no change rooms. Staff members were very helpful in advising where to eat nearby and in calling a taxi to take us to the airport.

“So bad”
The location is inconvenient. The breakfast is meager and not tasty, and there are many animals outside affecting hygiene. The housekeeping staff are rude. I don't understand why they couldn't wait 3 seconds before barging into the room. I booked an 8-day stay with a $15 credit, but I only received credit for the first day while I paid over $100. Scam? Even after I checked out, the hotel said I owed them for coffee that I didn't drink.

The room is quite spacious even for 3 people, we can open our luggage easily. The room was also assisted with AI Device, so you don’t need to call for any room services (towel, water, etc). The hotel is also really close with many restaurants, only 8 minutes walk to New Bahru. There is also a book cafe right in front of the hotel which is a good spot for chill.

“Decent option”
The room was nice and clean, though the image shows it the other way around (pic shows bed downstairs and office type space upstairs but our room had the bed upstairs with bathroom etc downstairs) which wasn't perfect with a toddler.

I didn't know that there were two types of the same room, one with the bed on the first floor and one with the bed on the second floor. I much preferred the one on the first floor but I got the second floor one. It would've been nice if I was told which one I was getting
