Overall satisfied with the facilities and the room in general. The swimming pool was neat and clean and so was the roof garden. Proximity to Novena MRT was good too.

Service and hospitality was superb. Hasselless check-in and check out. Very Nice and clean apartment. It was a quiet neighbourhood perfect for a family. Apartment has all the facilities that a family would need day in day out. Highly recommend for families.

I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place! The customer service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly kind, always willing to assist, and responded promptly, even late at night. Any minor issues I encountered were resolved immediately. The room amenities were also excellent. The bed was spacious and very comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from, ranging from soft to more firm. The balcony provided a peaceful space to relax, and I appreciated the twice-weekly room cleaning service. Additionally, the washing machine and other appliances functioned flawlessly throughout my stay. Another great convenience was the handling of mail and packages. The staff received all deliveries without any issues and simply notified me when I needed to collect them from the lobby. The outdoor seating areas were also a highlight, offering plenty of space to unwind. There were two seating areas—one on the top floor and another on the ground level—both providing a comfortable environment to relax or work. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. My room had two TVs, but they lacked YouTube and had limited channels, so I had to connect my Apple TV to stream content. The gym was quite small, and the machines were old—while I initially thought it would be sufficient, it ended up feeling too cramped. The pool was decent, but its location, surrounded by tall buildings, meant that it received very little sunlight, which limited its usability. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.

Staff is helpful. To start with, the room is very small. Secondly, the room has only wifi or mobile data signals working in the bedroom. They had a decade old tv with some dvd players! Seriously need upgrading. Their common wifi they asked to used is useless. After two days, they gave me an old phone to use as a hotspot. Great location, but that facility needs to be revamped and upgraded to match that price!

The location is ok, 7 mins walk to mrt and a few minutes drive from Orchard. Washing machine and large fridge was provided.

Approx 10 minutes walk from Novena MRT station and its shopping complexes, and also the United Square shopping mall. Both of which are well-served with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, food courts, beauty salons etc. Although it is located slightly out of the centre of the city, the MRT provides quick and easy access to other parts of the city such as Orchard Road and Raffles Place. The apartment was of a good quality and standard, modern with pleasant decor, comfortable bed - and importantly, it was very clean! Housekeeping (on request, twice a week) was good and thorough. Ample wardrobe space and hangers, room-safe for valuables, washing machine/dryer, full-sized fridge, and a good-sized balcony with table, chairs & ceiling fan. Wifi was ok for my needs. Check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. I booked this at the last minute and got a good discounted (non-refundable) rate, The overall quality of the apartment was very good value at this price. Would happily stay there again if it was available at a similar rate.

The apartment was clean, spacious enough for two, and overall the stay was comfortable. Service is overall responsive and helpful - there was always help/response when we needed help via WhatsApp. The service team is active in resolving our issues. For example, when we had some WiFi connectivity issues, a mobile WiFi device was lent to us, which resolved it. Housekeeping is friendly and provides for reasonable requests.

i like the layout of the room , it's more spacious and comfortable to live in. the location is pretty much close to Novena MRT....it's about 7 - 10 min walking.

The amenities (pool and rooftop) were great for a longer stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful with mail and parcels. For a stay of 3 weeks, we could have cleaning twice a week which was perfect for us.

“A very convenient and nice stay in Singapore”

The Apartments are located in a very strategic neighbourhood of Singapore, quiet yet central and well-connected to the rest of the city via public transport. They are among the best, high-quality yet cheap options when it comes to an expensive city such as Singapore. They have all the necessary amenities, plus a very nice swimming pool and a rooftop garden from where you can enjoy beautiful views of Singapore's skyline. Management was very kind to us, and during our stay let us stay in an upgraded apartment although we had booked by error a lower one.

Facility, location and value excellent. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay again
