We stayed at the Sheraton Towers Singapore over the New Year period and could not have been happier with our experience. Emails prior to the stay regarding room arrangements were attended to promptly and efficiently. Once we arrived, the team were attentive and helpful at all times, especially in relation to my dietary requirements once made aware. The rooms were a tad dated but tidy, spacious and well equipped. Festive decor was lovely. The pool is good and there is a gym but we did not access it. We also had executive lounge access during the day, which included soft drinks and biscuits during the day, and alcohol and a small spread of options of an evening. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and regularly restocked throughout the morning. There were other restaurants on site but we did not have the time to also visit these. Concierge staff were fantastic, very helpful generally. Other staff of particular note include but are not limited to: Xing Cheng the breakfast maestro, Kelvin the egg extraordinaire, Aswad, Eric, Tammy and Rahim. In the Lounge, Xuan Ze was a most helpful chef, and Sandra, Grace, Mue and Yan Ye were all most attentive. All in all, an excellent experience and a venue I would gladly recommend.

Cleanliness and the staff were friendly. Specially Chef Kelvin Lee ( eggs and noodles station for breakfast). He was so kind and remember how we wanted our eggs to be cooked. The location is amazing.

The staff were extremely efficient and helpful, including the staff in the foyer who were great at ordering taxis and taking care of luggage and the restaurant team. Reception staff dealt with any requests very promptly and positively. Special mention to Grace in the Executive Club Lounge for making us feel welcome and supplying helpful local information (location of nearby nail bar!) It's worth paying extra for the lounge access. The food is good and they'll make Singapore Slings on request. We also really appreciated the effort to arrange for us to check into our room as early as possible as our flight arrived in the morning and we were quite jet-lagged. The breakfast deserves a special mention - absolutely superb and included in the room rate. The hotel is located in a business area, rather than in the tourist centre, but taxis are cheap and readily available. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
