“Happy Guest”
Its location is superb. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped (with everything I needed for my stay). Bed, pillows and climate control were comfortable. Bathroom was of high hygienic standard and everything worked just fine. Housekeeping was top. Front desk staff were friendly, professional and highly attentive.

“Good location to stay.”
Location is great. Breakfast is good. I booked lunch as well and the spread is good. Rooms bed were comfy. Walking distance to shopping malls. The toilet is good, separate shower from the bath tub.

“A highly recommended place to stay in the heart of Orchard Road”
The staff were extremely responsive on 2 separate occassions. The first one was when the room next door was noisy and we had to call reception to lodge a complaint. The action was swift and the hotel team put an end to the ruckus. The second time was when we forgot to remove the cashcard from the in-vehicle unit and the fee was deducted before we could use the complimentary parking coupon. Vee at the reception was patient in hearing our problem and took all the necessary action to ensure our problem was resolved.

Staff were very helpful and attended to all my needs. My laundry got lost on my last evening and I was quite upset as I had to leave early the next morning. The hotel manager handled my issue with utmost respect and tracked down my laundry and personally delivered it to my room. As the service level for delivering laundry on time was not met, I was not charged for it. I appreciated the hotel manager resolving my issue urgently and was satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
