“Not the best choice.”
The hotel has a good location, close to many restaurants and shops, but the metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. The room was small, but we managed with one suitcase, and the bed was comfortable. The pool is nice and offers a great view.

“Good for its purpose”
Really close to Bugis station, with plenty of good options for eating and easy access to the tourist attractions by mrt. Also, near Bugis junction, Bugis Street and Bugis + shopping area.

“Decent stay for family with young children”
Decent location. Not too far from the MRT station and easy to move around. Also, having a water station to fill water means there's no need to boil water, which was the best feature for this hotel stay.

“Warmed and efficient teams”
The staff is welcoming. Efficient as we request for extension to stay for another night got us a family room with slide. Big and comfortable. As my son got a food poisoning they get new room ready immediately. Such an understanding and caring staff. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had booked two rooms at the Rest Bugis hotel and completed one review. The other room was booked for my son Shawn Joseph & his wife. My review is the same for both rooms. Our 7 day stay was from April 19th to 25th. Im still waiting for the refund of my S$ 200 I paid as deposit to the hotel. The hotel staff has sent me copy of the refund receipt they processed on my Check out date of 26th April. Its two weeks now and Ive still not received the refund from Booking. com Amsterdam. Very disappointed indeed😕
